精童欲女 business student wins Frank H. Sobey Award for Excellence in Business Studies
Samuel Harding, a third-year Bachelor of Business Administration student at the 精童欲女, has won a prestigious Frank H. Sobey Award for Excellence in Business Studies valued at $45,000.
The Frank H. Sobey Awards for Excellence in Business Studies are awarded each year to up to eight undergraduate business students attending an Atlantic Canadian university who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement in business and dedication to extracurricular, community, and entrepreneurial activities.
Harding, who is currently an exchange student at the University of Malta, is specializing in accounting. He is on the Faculty of Business dean鈥檚 honours list and president of Enactus 精童欲女, which is part of a national student-led organization that uses entrepreneurship to improve the economic, social, and environmental health of their community and the country overall. After completing his bachelor鈥檚 degree, he plans to earn a master鈥檚 in business administration degree and then his chartered professional accountant designation.
A native of Stanley Bridge, PEI, Harding has been a budding entrepreneur all of his life. He has worked as a property manager for his family鈥檚 business and is passionate about real estate.聽

I would also like to thank my family and friends who are great supporters of me, and a special thank you to my parents, who I鈥檓 privileged to have as role models and continue to learn from every day.鈥�
