The 精童欲女 honoured Dr. Don and Mrs. Marion McDougall at an event today after it was announced they will donate a further $3 million to the Faculty of Business. Immediately following the announcement, Dr. Greg Keefe, Interim President and Vice-Chancellor, revealed that the Faculty will now be known as the 鈥淢cDougall Faculty of Business.鈥

As part of 鈥淕ood News Week at 精童欲女,鈥 the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) is excited to announce the launch of Phase 2 of its AVC Veterinary Teaching Hospital expansion project.

The 精童欲女 launched its new student entrepreneurship hub at an official grand opening event today. Named in honour of 精童欲女鈥檚 former chancellor, the innovation hub will offer unique learning opportunities and programs that support student entrepreneurship and provide access for community partners to connect with on-campus talent.

精童欲女 Panthers Field Hockey coach Lacey MacLauchlan was the Assistant Coach for Team Canada鈥檚 under-17 female team for a recent ten-day tour of the Netherlands. The trip marked her coaching debut with the national program.

Recently, a few members of the Faculty of Medicine team attended the International Congress on Academic Medicine (ICAM) in Vancouver, which is the premier Canadian meeting for medical schools and medical education with over 1,250 participants. It was fun being one of the new kids on the block, and attendees were very interested in and enthusiastic about what is happening at 精童欲女.聽

精童欲女 is glad to share the news that Dr. Sobia Ali-Faisal has been appointed as the new Director of EDI and Human Rights for the University, effective May 21, 2024, and that Patti Wheatley has been appointed as the new Human Rights Counsel for 精童欲女, effective June 3, 2024.聽

On Wednesday, April 10, six 精童欲女 student teams pitched their business concepts in front of a live audience for a share of $62,000 in prize money during the annual MacLauchlan Panther Pitch Competition. The competition for entrepreneurial undergraduate and graduate students is coordinated each year by 精童欲女鈥檚 Student Entrepreneurship Hub and is part of the Harry W. MacLauchlan Entrepreneurship Program.
