In December 2021, Rubin Thomlinson LLP was retained to conduct an independent third-party investigation of an allegation concerning the former president and a review of the University’s workplace policies and practices with respect to harassment and discrimination.

¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® released Rubin Thomlinson’s report, called the (¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Review), in June 2023.

The ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Review contains a number of thoughtful recommendations to strengthen the University’s practices and policies and address any current conditions that do not reflect ¾«Í¯ÓûŮ’s values. The University is committed to implementing the recommendations within the report as a step towards improving the workplace culture and learning environment on campus.
