Student Research Participation Agreements

Over the past number of months, in collaboration and consultation with 精童欲女 faculty members, Research Advisory Committee, and the Graduate Studies Advisory Committee, Research Services staff members have developed three new Student Research Participation Agreements for 精童欲女 students participating in research at 精童欲女.  The need for these agreements was identified based on feedback from both students and faculty, and our documents were developed after carefully considering student research agreements offered at other Canadian universities.

The purpose of these agreements is to help ensure that students fully understand their rights and responsibilities while conducting research at 精童欲女, as well as to familiarize students with 精童欲女 policies and other procedures relevant to their research activities.
Below are descriptions and links to the three agreement templates. To determine which agreement is appropriate for you, . Students are encouraged to discuss which agreement is appropriate for their research activities with their faculty supervisor(s).

All agreements can be used for undergraduate and graduate students or post-doctoral fellows.

Type A) Contract Supported:  This is a mandatory agreement to be used with undergraduate or graduate students or post-doctoral fellows who are participating in a faculty member鈥檚 contract research funded project, or with students who have received an Industrial Scholarship. Examples of contract research funded initiatives include Atlantic Innovation Fund, Innovation PEI Prosperity Fund, Industrial Scholarships, or research sponsored by associations or federal/provincial government departments.
