Quality Assurance Review: Master of Arts in Island Studies Program

Posting Date(s)

The Master of Arts in Island Studies (MAIS) Program has recently undergone cyclical review under the ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Senate's Quality Assurance policy. The review was done virtually when a panel of external reviewers reviewed a self-study report prepared by the program faculty. They met with faculty, staff, students, and academic administrators during the two-day virtual site visit. This was followed by the reviewers’ report with their recommendations and observations. The program faculty then prepared a multi-year action plan, which was presented to the Academic Planning and Curriculum Committee (APCC) for approval and continual improvement of the program.
