Under the supervision of the Business Manager of Athletics and Recreation, we are seeking a part-time Student Office Assistant to handle various administrative tasks within the Athletics and Recreation department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

  • Preparing journal entries
  • Creating invoices
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Preparing account reconciliations
  • Processing expense and travel claims
  • Assisting in the season, game, and event ticket management processes        
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants should possess the following qualifications: 

  • Current student enrolled at ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ®, with preference given to Students enrolled in Business program or related field of study
  • An interest in accounting and business operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel and Word)

Priority will be given to ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
