The Exam Monitors will be responsible for overseeing the in-person exams taking place in the Sports Center for the 2024 Fall Exam Period. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the exam space for exam integrity 
  • Monitor the entrances and exits
  • Monitor the washrooms
  • Implement the exam seating chart in the exam room to ensure proper spacing for students writing the same exam
  • Main point of contact for departments, instructors and students on exam related matters
  • Responsible for communicating Exam Policy and Procedure to those writing and executing the exams in the Sports Center

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a current ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® student with preference given to graduate students and undergraduate students in their 3rd or 4th year
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Previous monitoring experience is an asset 

Priority will be given to ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
