MTS Level 8 - Proficiency Program Coordinator - Diagnostic Services - Atlantic Veterinary College
$69,080 to $75,873 per annum, as per CUPE 1870
Diagnostic Services at the Atlantic Veterinary College requires a Proficiency Program Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of a global proficiency program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the planning, production and manufacturing of all physical and virtual modules of a veterinary proficiency program
- Responsible for all quality assurance testing on final program products
- Responsible for the packaging, shipping, and timing of delivery of all proficiency kits
- Responsible for client management and customer service
- Responsible for maintaining the program web-based reporting system
- Responsible for producing reports
- Assists the Director with Marketing the Program
- Assists the Director with research and development of new modules, specifically molecular and virology modules
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent Diploma with 5 years of experience working with a proficiency program
- ISO 17025 formal training is required
- ISO 17043 formal training is required
- Recent practical diagnostic laboratory experience is required
- Strong interpersonal skills are required
- Experience and training with Excel and other computer software is an asset
