The School of Mathematical & Computational Sciences is looking for up to 35 Student Exam Proctors to assist instructors of corresponding courses during final exams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing rooms for the administration of exams 
  • Reviewing student identifications and maintaining confidentiality 
  • Explaining exam day procedures and rules 
  • Distributing exam materials and documents 
  • Monitoring students during the exam period  
  • Collecting exams at the end of the exam period  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a current ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® student with preference given to graduate students and undergraduate students in their 3rd or 4th year.
  • Preference will be given to those enrolled in the School of Mathematical & Computational Sciences Program
  • Must have an academic record in good standing
  • Previous experience proctoring exams is an asset  

Priority will be given to ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
