Sessional Instructor - McDougall Faculty of Business - Winter 2025
The McDougall Faculty of Business at the 精童欲女 has openings for a sessional instructor for the Winter 2025 semester. Priority will be given to members of the MFoB Sessional Roster who applied for the position and met the qualifications. Full-time and term contract Faculty Members are encouraged to apply and may be considered. This position is subject to final budgetary approval.

BUS4970-1 Business Case Competition
The 精童欲女 Case Competition class is an intensive case-based, experiential learning course that trains students to compete in national and international case competitions. Students work in teams and work with a coach to engage in self-motivated, self-directed studies. They build upon their business skills and knowledge by sourcing and learning current, relevant business theory and implementing it into their case solutions. Students focus on constructing logical, evidence-based, clear solutions for business cases while practicing public speaking, presenting and business writing. Cases cover many areas of business: strategy, marketing, ethics, accounting, human resource management, and finance, across many industries and topics. The course includes weekly mock case competitions as well as regional, national, and international case competitions.
Qualifications for teaching undergraduate courses:
Successful applicants will have a minimum of a master's level degree along with demonstrated expertise in the course subject or equivalent with a combination of qualifications and experience. Priority will be given to applicants with a relevant PhD. In addition to teaching the course, it involves extensive domestic and international travel with a team of students. The successful candidate will be required to obtain training through 精童欲女 for Safely Traveling Abroad with Students.
Salary: $7,154
