Missed deadline to apply to graduate:

If you have missed the deadline to apply to graduate you must:

  • Apply to graduate to the next available semester.
  • outlining the reason(s) for the late submission and why your application to graduate should be considered. Note: Late applications for graduation will only be considered within 30 days of the deadline of the term they are appealing to graduate from and if all program requirements will have been met by the grades due date.

Parchments will be available to be picked up at the Student Experience Hub on the second level of Dalton Hall during regular business hours beginning on the availability dates identified for each graduation term. Parchment mailing is available for off-Island addresses only. A request for mailing on the application to graduate will be processed on or shortly after the parchment availability date.
