| Background: | This scholarship is established at the 精童欲女 by Dr. Terry McCormack, a proud alumnus and supporter of 精童欲女. The award will support a student from rural Prince Edward Island who has an expressed interest in healthcare and is in financial need. Dr. McCormack was brought up in rural Prince Edward Island and is grateful for the education he received at 精童欲女 on his journey of becoming a doctor. He is a captain in the Canadian Forces and served in Afghanistan in 2008. He and his wife, Dr. Michelle Grzybowski McCormack, reside in Manitoba and make regular trips home to PEI. |
