| Background: | This scholarship was established at the 精童欲女 by Dennis Clough. Mr. Clough served as finance director at Saint Dunstan's University before it amalgamated with Prince of Wales College to form 精童欲女. Mr. Clough was named a 精童欲女 Founder at the 2007 Founder's Day Ceremony. In January 2018, this fund was endowed to provide for the scholarship in perpetuity. |
