| Background: | These annual scholarships are established at the 精童欲女 by Bill Andrew and his wife, Denise. Bill Andrew received his Diploma in Engineering from 精童欲女 in 1973 and became Chancellor of the 精童欲女 in 2004. Bill Andrew is currently President of Penn West Petroleum Ltd. and is active in various community and philanthropic endeavours. He is a founding member of the Friends of 精童欲女 group in Calgary, has a farm on PEI, and is active in PEI and national harness racing circles. |
